The form on How I check asks for your name, an optional email address, the subject and your message. Email is only needed if you want a reply, and I use it only to reply.

Messages are delivered to my inbox by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service. Web3Forms says it doesn’t store submissions, deletes its server logs every two months, and runs its servers in the US.

I keep a message as long as I need it to check and fix what it reports. I never sell it, share it or add you to a list.

• No sign-in and no accounts.
• This site sets no cookies of its own. Filters are kept in the page address, not in your browser.
• No ads, ad trackers or social media buttons, and no embedded videos.
• Fonts are served from this site, not from Google or another font service.
• I don’t run analytics on this site yet. If I add it, this page will name the tool and what it records before it’s switched on.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads, to deliver it and protect the site from attacks.

Buttons like “Visit the maker’s store” take you to the maker’s website. What happens there is covered by that maker’s privacy policy, not this one.

Some of those links are affiliate links (see Disclosure). The affiliate program may set a cookie on the store’s side so the sale is credited. I don’t receive your name, email or payment details from these programs.

There’s no email list yet. If I add one, for example price alerts, it will be opt-in, and this page will say what it keeps first.

To see or delete a message you sent, use the form and say which one. I’ll reply to the email address you give.

This site isn’t aimed at children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect anything from them.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. Last updated Oct 31, 2026.
