The rules
Every robot here fails one of these. The number is how many fail it. Robots that fail a rule that can change are marked Not listed yet.
- 7Sold online, not only through dealers
- 8Sold by its maker or a big retailer the maker names
- 6Has a price and a way to orderNot listed yet
- 9On sale in the USNot listed yet
- 4Made for personal use
- 1A working humanoid, not a learning toy
- 0Checked before it’s listedNot listed yet
Each rule is set out in full on How I check.
Not listed yet
15 of the 35 could still be listed.
A robot marked Not listed yet fails a rule that can change: it’s sold out, has no price, isn’t on its maker’s US store, or is held while I check it. When that changes, it’s added, and the change is on the Changes page.
A robot that’s held is listed here by its name and its maker’s public status only. None of its other details appear on the site until I’ve checked them.
Seen one of these on sale?
If a robot here is now on its maker’s US store with a price, or its reason is out of date, tell me. I check the maker’s own page before listing it.
